Mr. S SHAH (Chairman) is a notable and technically-minded BSc Accounting and Laws graduate, with MBA in Business Administration from University of Mumbai, India, adept at providing comprehensive and diversified high quality accounting, commercial finance and legal support services to reputable energy, commodities, project financing, financial services, asset and wealth management companies across Asia, UK, Europe, the Middle East and USA.

He is duly qualified and contributes over 28 years’ extensive experience and expertise in banking, project financing, asset and wealth management, oil & gas trade, commodity trade and other key sectors with the highly qualified multinationals, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless collaboration among the key stakeholders, banks and lead project teams towards a successful execution and completion of several international high-net-worth transactions.
